Robur Euro Deposit Safes are ideal for use in the retail or hospitality industries where takings may need to be quickly secured by staff members for collection later. They are also ideal for businesses which trade outside of normal hours.
The deposit mechanism employs an easy to use rotary drum. Cash, cheques and even small packages can be quickly and easily dropped into the safe. The drum mechanism also provides anti-fishing protection, making it practically impossible for deposits to be removed via the deposit opening. Access to the main safe can be restricted to trusted personnel or keyholders. This means regular staff cannot be coerced into opening the safe and also reduces the threat of in-house theft.
Robur Euro Deposit Safes are built to the same anti-burglar specifications as their EN 1143-1 tested security safes. The safes are then modified to incorporate the deposit mechanism. A secure Class C key lock secures the main door of the safe, which also features robust locking bolts and the unique Robur turn handle. Digital locking is available as an optional extra.
