VEHICLE USE
Vehicle Brackets – For Easy Release (Supplied As Standard). 4 fixing brackets, which are permanently fitted to the vehicle, to align with any 4 of the 8 fixing holes in the back of the Auto Sentinel. The brackets are fitted inside the vehicle, to the bodywork, and 4 small holes need to be cut through the carpet. The gunsafe is then easily secured to, and removed from, the vehicle by the use of 4 bolts (supplied) that can only be accessed by opening the Auto Sentinel. Removing the gunsafe leaves just 4 small brackets in the vehicle. Depending on the carpet thickness these brackets will either fit flush, or slightly protrude through the carpet.
Permanent Vehicle Fixing. If you are unlikely to frequently remove the Auto Sentinel from your vehicle you might prefer to bolt straight through 4 of the 8 fixing holes without using the Vehicle Brackets.
Optional home fixing bracket so the safe can be secured in the home or vehicle.
Gun capacities given are guidelines only. If you have rifles with large scopes, you may find that only a single weapon will fit in the safe.
Please note internal dimensions given are estimated based on the thickness of the sheet metal used and the thickness of the door. Internal fittings are not accounted for. The dimensions of the actual usable interior space may vary.
