Description
The Sentry LFW123FTC offers certified fire protection for documents and valuables, carrying an impressive fire rating of 1 hour from the renowned UL testing laboratory. During testing, a sample safe is exposed to temperatures of over 900 degrees Celsius. It must be capable of preventing heat damage to papers stored inside, which will begin to degrade if the internal temperature exceeds 170 degrees approximately. The safe may also be suitable for digital media with similar temperature tolerances, and is ETL verified.
The LFW123FTC features a stylish backlit keypad, ideal for if you have the safe installed within a dark cupboard or otherwise unlit space. Similarly, an interior light helps make it easy to find items within the safe, no matter how dark the surroundings might be. The safe is designed for maximum convenience, with a key rack, door tray, door pocket, lockable drawer and deep pull out organiser shelf all included. This provides a variety of storage space for items big and small.
In addition to fire resistance, the safe has also been tested for drop resistance and will withstand being placed in 8 inches of water for up to 24 hours without harm to the contents of the safe. 6 large locking bolts secure the door of the safe, and the unit can be bolted down to further enhance security. All required fixing hardware is included.
