Phoenix World Class FS2272E Fire Filing Cabinet

Description

Phoenix World Class Fireproof Filing Cabinets provide up to 120 minutes protection for papers, documents, computer tapes and data if optional FSDPI08 is used. It also provides 60 minutes of digital media protection from fire (USB sticks, hard drives etc.). A unique insulating material within the cabinet’s drawers and body keeps its internal temperature below the point at which paper will begin to char or combust. Each drawer is individually protected, so if one is accidentally left open, the contents of the others will remain unharmed.

Designed to be lightweight, these cabinets can be easily installed on most standard floors with extra supports. A floor collapse is a common occurrence during intense fires, so these cabinets have been built to withstand a 9.1 metre drop onto rubble.

Water resistant seals prevent water damage to contents when the cabinet is subjected to sprinkler systems or fire hoses.

The World Class Firefile is available in either a 2 or 4 drawer model, the door is secured by either a high security key lock, electronic or fingerprint locking.  Fitted with a high quality key lock supplied with two keys.  The electronic lock features an LED display, dual control as well as hidden code and scrambled code features. The F models are fitted with an advanced high security touchscreen keypad and fingerprint lock with clear LED display, internal alarm, dual control, hidden code and scrambled code that can be programmed as standard with up to 128 fingerprints. 

Other optional extras include the DPI08 data insert. This is a special storage box designed to fit in the bottom drawer. It provides protection for heat sensitive data media such as CDs, DVDs and hard drives.
