Telephone Sales and Administrator S101
- Qualification: Leaving cert +
- Location: Duleek, Co. Meath
- Experience: 2 year+ experience in sales or customer service
- Starting Salary: EUR19,000-23,000 per annum.
Online retail company offering exciting opportunity to join our team. You will play a key role in the growth and expansion of our company. The position is permanent and full time with 5 days per week, from 9am to 5:30pm. Start date 1st February 2012.

The position will include but will not be limited to:
- Answering sales enquiries from our websites.
- Directing customers to suitable products.
- Up-selling and multi-selling products.
- Processing customers orders over the telephone & preparing the orders for dispatch.
- Preparing detailed quotations with suitable product information.
- Following up quotations.
- Dealing with customer service issues & product returns.
- Debtors and creditors control.
- Maintaining relationship with suppliers.
- Other office and administrative duties
- Own transport would be plus.
Skills Required
- Confident & friendly phone manner essential
- Experienced working on own initiative & as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent IT skills essential.
- 2 years experience working in sales or customer service required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Excellent level of written & spoken English.
- Sales/marketing experience would be an advantage.

- Making contact with suppliers to introduce our company, obtain price lists and product information.
- Creating, managing and updating web content, product information, prices & multimedia.
- Maintaining relationship with suppliers.
Skills Required
- Must demonstrate ability to investigate and research information online and by telephone, present findings clearly and accurately.
- Excellent IT skills essential.
- Successful candidate must be meticulous, accurate and have great attention to detail.
- Experienced working on own initiative.
- High level of self motivation essential.
- Excellent level of written & spoken English.
- Ability to write compelling copy.
- University degree a plus but not required.
- Experience with graphic or web design would be an advantage.
