Manufacturers recommend that the maximum temperature of exposure to these media devices must not exceed 52°C or humidity levels of 85% or greater.

All our safes have been tested extensively in the UK and Sweden. The Swedish test NT FIRE 017-120 requires a testing temperature of 1050°C and this has to be maintained for over 2 hours. During this gruelling test the Datacare 2003 restricted the temperature to a maximum of 39°C, passing the Data protection test with flying colours.
